Description: Guillow's Hawker MK IB Typhoon Flying Model Kit (Still Sealed) (1970, Paul K. Guillow, Inc., Wakefield, MA) - This 50+ year old kit has met the test of time and remained sealed. Be a purist and keep this World War II British Close Support Fighter in its' package or liberate it to fly the skies. The collectible is in very good, not perfect, condition. The front side top edge has an approx. 1" crease/indent, the right-hand side is indented, the bottom left-hand edge has an indent under "Balsa", there are some blemishes at the top right-hand edge (above the plane's tail) and at the bottom left- and right-hand edges (below the small plane and near the trees); the bottom edge is creased/dinged the full length of the edge (from Guillow's to the plane's tail), there is a stain at the left-hand side; the back side has an approx. 1" indent near "Fly", the top right-hand corner has an impact crease and some box wear, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 3/4" crease and some box wear.
