Backfilled with silicone and uses vinyl wiring Made of plumbing parts, Inexpensive Chinese L.E.D. light inside has been ground down on the corners to fit inside. Vinyl coated wiring used for home alarms, heat shrink on connections, does have external driver (unkown what type is used) but has been incorrectly encapsulated.
