'89 RFK or '89 Foxboro would be the 3rd Summer Tour '89 release - all within a ' week ' ( + 7/4/89 & 7/7/89 ) - and ... if you eliminate those Smokin'-Shows ! - then you are down to The Spectrum ! vs. Miami Arena Killer Shows !! And, as hot as each ! of the Spectrum Shows were ( 10/18,19,20/1989 ) - pound-for-pound ... 10/26/1989 Miami Stands-Out ! ... pretty-much like a Sore-Thumb ! Or, maybe I should even more-appropriately say ... like a " Missing-Finger !!! " - Ha ! With ' Victim ' really setting the deep & exploratory jam-stage, in regard to tempo, timing & Full-Band cohesiveness. And then, Here-Comes ... Set II !!!!! >>> Estimated > Blow Away !!! Simply-Amazing ... and that is all I have to say, as The-Music ! here - will say all-of-the-rest. Needless to say, in fact - this was without any question ... a " Warlocks " caliber Show for Florida ! - and quite-possibly ... ' without ' all of the surrounding pressure from the ' Dealing with Hampton ' thing for the Boys. As they are beyond " Locked-In !! " ... like in so many ways - ' Only ' 1989-1990 Grateful Dead could, and Did ! deliver. Because as silly as it might sound to some of the ' pedestrians ' out there ... seeing the '89-'90 Grateful Dead Live was, is & will always ! be a serious & ' significant ' life-accomplishment - for anyone who was fortunate enough to manage to achieve it.
