There is 2 cups of walnuts/almonds and 2 cups of raisins/dates in each cake!!! I make each one to order in a licensed kitchen. This is for a 2 pound loaf cake that is dipped in honey syrup to keep it super moist. It's then triple wrapped in plastic and sealed in a clear gift bag with ribbon.
