Description: This is an LFS mantel clock for restoration. The case is a little rough, and the movement might require a cleaning, but it’s top quality. I notice that there is a piece of trim missing and the clocks left feet are broken and missing. The clock chimes when the hands are cycled and power is transferring to the escapement. It might run, but it’s untested. The dial is very good with exceptional hands. The bezel is heavy brass with fitted beveled glass. The gong is deep and resonating. The case could be made acceptable if you wanted to reshape the feet and repair or remove the trim. The movement and accompanying hardware is very high quality and worth putting to use in one way or another. It’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!
