Description: VERY RARE, important card of this high-tier HOF second basemen. Frankie hit .316, with 2880 hits and 419 SB. He led the league 3 times in steals and won an MVP, in addition to winning 4 World Series. Scarcer than many HOF 33 Goudeys. PSA/DNA TOTAL POPULATION: 8 (see image) Very well centered. This one appears to be gradable, which is what I will ultimately do, unless he's moved.I do have Frankie on another card.
