It was discovered first in the Julianehaab district of Greenland in 1819, but now most of the material on the market, including this stone, is from the Kola Peninsula of Russia, although there are other deposits. It is composed of large semi-transparent deep red crystals embedded in a matrix of black, gray and white. Metaphysical Properties Eudialyte is a stone of the Heart.
