Description: Edmund Husserl, et al., Jarbuch fur Philosophie und Phanomenologische Forschung. Max Niemeyer, 1913. First Edition. Parts I and II in one volume. In German. This is the first edition of the first volume of Edmund Husserl's journal for phenomenological philosophy which includes the first printing of a major work of Husserl (Ideas) and also the first part of Max Scheler's Formalism in Ethics, along with contributions from Pfander, Geiger, and Reinach. Condition: Very Good in older, perhaps contemporaneous binding with paper label. A bit of rubbing and a small tear to cloth at head of spine and a bit of the bare board showing on the back of the spine where the cloth wore through (see scan). A solid and desirable copy of this landmark volume in Continental philosophy. 847 pp. Shipping includes insurance.
