Description: Pictured is an early blue & grey Whites Utica canister offered for sale. The canister is the generic example with no name noting its contents. There are hundreds of embossed stippled dots over the surface. On each side the dots are arranged to show the Star of David. The base area is embossed with "Ocean Waves". It measures 5 5/8" in height & dates from 1890 - 1905. It's in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repairs. The underside has a very faint stress spider hairline, not thru.
