Description: For proper fit, measure around the dogs head at the largest point just in front of the ears and down under the jaw and add 2-3 inches DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE DOG. You just don't want it to be too tight going over the dogs ears. Our leather choke collars are measured from the end of one ring to the end of the ring on the opposite end, the same way a metal choke chain collar is measured. They allow you to maintain control without the danger of it slipping off like a buckle collar, if the dog pulls backward.This slip collar is a size that you would use on medium size dogs and puppies.
