The front label is clean with some minor wear and scratches (see photos). The back label has some peeled spots along the corners (see photos). The cartridge has some scratches and scuffs. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis Model 3, or a clone system to play this game.
