Description: This is a deep royal blue bucket hat made of patterned velvet bows attached to a base of velvet covered wire, it has a velvet band around the top and then covered with a matching color netting. The wire zigzag base stretches to fit different head sizes. The top is open but covered with netting. The netting does have a few minor breaks that are not very noticeable but no large holes. It has a Union Made in U.S.A. label inside. It is not perfect but is a great hat to wear to a wedding, party, to add to a collection or give as a gift to a hat lover.
