Description: From C.O.C's punk early days, this original 1980's yellow on black t-shirt is a vintage classic from my own personal stash of band and music t-shirts that I've held onto from back in 1984 when I began my junior high + high school years. A classic graphical representation of the hardcore, punk and skater style from the day, this vintage tee's front features perhaps Corrosion of Conformity's most identifiable visual icon, their original logo from their 1984 first full length studio album for which this shirt was issued, rounded by track 1's lyrical phrase: "Tell Me Who Has Won When Nothing Remains?" (Haha! I actually still have the popular silver spiked skull ring that inspired this C.O.C. logo.) The back features a more heretical iteration of the tribal demon appearing on the album as he seem to emerge from a swamp, I think holding up a disembodied head, and hovering above the band's name. Along side that graphic is the album and title track #18's name "Eye For An Eye" and the song's brief lyrics ( as most punk songs of the time). This t-shirt was made by Screen Stars in the United States from a durable yet soft and comfortable blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton - likely why it's lasted so long. The size listed on the tag is Large, however that's a 1980's large which differs from today's size standards, so please use the following measurements when deciding if this shirt is for you. Chest size = 21 inches from pit to pit or approximately 40 inches around. Shoulder to hem = 27 inchesShoulder to shoulder = 18 inches The black fabric has faded to a nice charcoal hue, and the thinned fabric still feels durable but super soft and drapes very nicely when worn. At some point I guess I decided to paint while wearing it (I have no recollection, but upon close inspection I noticed a small number of microscopic white paint speckles (most seem like they can be scratched off - perhaps I will attempt to do that...). Whatever the case they are barely visible among the graphic's own rugged appearance. See the photos for reference. If I didn't know better I might think they were part of the orginal art. What a fantastic, original vintage graphic tee to add to your vintage band t-shirt or clothing collection. Price to move at a snails pace as I internally battle with my inner kid.
