Description: Corgi WWll Consolidated B-24D Liberator "You Can't Miss It" AA34007 1:72 NIB.. Really nice example of WWll " Assembly Lead Ship" B-24 D Liberator. Lead Ships were painted as such so they were clearly visible by all the other Liberators as a point of reference. They were used to assemble and lead a "group formation" of Liberators on a bombing raid over Germany. The plane is brand new in the box and never displayed The original box is also mint. These historical planes are no longer made and long retired. The scale of the plane is just excellent for display. Sadly....reducing my collection. Thanks for looking.
