In good condition with little chip to paint (see picture). Labels are in good condition. Painted red metal with black plastic wheels and red rims. Windows are in good condition with some scratching, and could use cleaning. Approximate measurements are 4-7/8" long x 2-1/2" high x 1-1/2" wide.
