The Conrad Soft Seat Safety Valve is used on a variety of plumbing applications such as air conditioners, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, humidifiers, and refrigeration equipment. This valve features a soft seat, which means that there will be no damage to the seat if it is accidentally opened. It has a preset setting of 150 PSI, and will close automatically if the pressure drops below this setting. It features a 1/4" NPT inlet, and can be used with a variety of gases, including air.
