Coastal Spas Helios HL65 Luxury Hot Tub - 2016 - Huge Upgrade Late Summer 2023

These proceeds go directly to pay for the CARE & Veterinarian bills we have for the cats we care for, currently 25 at the time of this posting. This item is being sold AS IS and is the Actual item you see pictured. You are welcome to Inspect/Look at this item before purchase BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The pictures were JUST TAKEN the week of August 26th, 2024 during a Regular Drain, Cleaning and Refill of New Water. This is for ONE Coastal Spa Hot Tub Model Luxury Helios 65. The tub is currently in Great Working Condition and up and running to be viewed in person. In Fall of 2023 it had virtually most all electric/electronic components replaced (New main brain circuit board, new water heater, new sensing thermostats and more) This was purchased NEW in October 2016. Worked fine up until late Fall of 2022 and never had any issues. Hired a company to "Winterize" the hot tub for the first time as it WAS NOT going to be used again until late spring/early summer of 2023. Unfortunately, the "Winterization" was NOT done properly and the ozone system (made of glass) busted, and when it was started back up, it shorted out the MAIN Circuit Board & heater that controlled everything. That company replaced everything that was needed, and so for the most part a lot of this is new. It has THREE 5 HP Motors for the 65 jets this unit has, and they are working fine. The ONLY KNOWN ISSUES: there are two AIR TOGGLE SWITCHES that work, but do not want to stay ON, but will if taped down in the ON Position. They can be replaced and we believe the plastic part/switch is around $40 each. We believe this unit is approximately a 400 gallon tub. The PRICE listed is a FAIR PRICE as to replace this unit TODAY, it is in the Low $20K Range. This tub DOES NOT come with a TOP/Cover. What you see pictured is a SEPARATE Electric Covana that we bought for it. We can negotiate a price for that in ADDITION to the Hot Tub if you are interested. New, today, these Covanas are around $10K. Any Questions, we will do our best to answer as we have a good history on this unit. Due to its SIZE, NO SHIPPING, so we are offering Local Pickup by Appointment, and YOU will need to supple ALL MUSCLE (people) to move this.
