Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single by Buddy Knox titled "Party Girl b/w Rock Your Little Baby To Sleep", originally released in 1957 by Roulette Records, then re-issued in 1963 as part of Roulette's Golden Goodies Series of reissues. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The generic white inner sleeve is graded as Very Good Plus because of ink writing and a small tear along the inner sleeve's center hole. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "Bell Sound" and "Joe" in script, followed by an upper case "R", indicating that the record was mastered at Bell Sound Studios of New York City, by Joe Brescio, before this record was made at RCA Record's pressing plant, located in Rockaway, New Jersey. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint with surfaces that are shiny and bright, in a like-new condition, without any sleeve marks, surface scratches or scuffs. I'm play geading this single bewteen Excellent and Near Mint Minus because of occasional super low levels of surface noise. It plays all the way through without any skips, pops or lock-ups from start to finish. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
