Description: Bernie Dexter Petticoat. Cheerful Bright royal blue petticoat I purchased with my Bernie Dexter dress at her store. It’s 2 layers of tulle and a pencil slip. I noticed it has a rip and took pictures of the rip. Easy to sew up but it shouldn’t show. I suppose the skirt could be cut out too. I wore this with a 1XL dress but I don’t think these had sizes on the petticoat itself. This is just the added pop you need to a full dress/skirt especially rockabilly style. Wear it slightly lower than the dress hem. It’s SO cute! I only wore this on two occasions so it’s in great shape otherwise. From a pet free, smoke free home
