Description: RARE lifetime Atlanta Braves' HOF Chipper Jones' autographed poster was produced in 1996 by Starline, Inc. The photographer is Scott Jordan Levy. Printed in the U.S.A. Licensed by MLB and MLBPA. In addition, I will provide the pictured double-plated engraved nameplate, which has "CHIPPER JONES " engraved at NO EXTRA COST. (Please see provided color photo of such ACTUAL ENGRAVED NAMEPLATE. Such nameplate, is black and gold metal colors and measures approximately 6 inches in length and approximately 1 inch in height.) CHIPPER JONES IS THE ONLY MLB SWITCH HITTER, BORN IN THE LAST 125 YEARS, TO HIT .300 FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE PLATE. (Please see attached screenshot independently affirming such fact). The autograped poster measures approximately 22.25" inches wide and 34.5" inches tall. The autograph is in silver metallic paint pen. The autograph area does have some scratches on, near, and about the area of the top of the cursive "h." In addition, there appears to be a slight horizontal indentation on the top of the cursive "C" loop and continues between the 'C' and "h" as well. Finally, there appears to be some very slight smearing of the first "p" as well. Overall, from a distance, the silver mettalic autograph is big and bold. Attractive and impressive. (Please see the many close-up color photos of the affected areas to determine the scope of damaged area independently for yourself). I personally secured the autograph during the 1996 season as I lived in the Atlanta area for 16 plus years. This autographed poster has been protected and maintained in an A/C storage unit facility since 1996. Thus, protected from light exposure and not touched until just this past week when this multi-signed autographed item was submitted to JSA for their independent review. Subsequently, JSA issued the pictured JSA LOA dated January 28, 2024. The Certification Number is as follows: YY28553. The JSA Certification Label, numbered YY28553, is affixed to the front, bottom right corner of the poster (see attached photos). Bottom line, this 28 year old autographed poster does have noted and pictured flaws. However, once framed and matted, this VINTAGE autographed item will present handsomely in a sports bar, den, office, man-cave or she-shed. A current Googe search produced zero current offerings on the internet of this particular autographed poster by HOFer Chipper Jones. Thus, is a rare, one of a kind VINTAGE autographed large size poster,which would easily command a price offering above $300. However, due to such noted flaws, the price offering will be at a discounted price of $150.00. The item pictured is the actual item to be received upon purchase.
