Description: Rare autographed copy of Rubinstein's famous early 1950s recording of Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2, conducted by Charles Munch, on RCA Red Seal LM-1728. Released about 1953 and signed with a November, 1955 date. He signed it to a Mrs. Mary Malone, "with my best wishes". The signature is in fine condition, and the whole album cover is in almost pristine shape, just beautiful for framing and displaying. Just a touch of light ringwear but barely. The disc itself is also in excellent shape with a bit of light scuffing, but it plays very nicely with only a touch of light crackle here and there. Very rare to find early authentic Rubinstein signatures on such nice LP covers. This is really a top collector's piece, hard to top.
