Description: Very old Victorian or Georgian reverse painted crystal 9k brooch featuring a wild pheasant in flight. Less than expert level painting/carving. The gold has scratches where it looks like somebody was doing some crude gold testing. The pin has been replaced completely, though still a c-clasp. There is a small area where there is very minor separation of the gold where it seams along the edge. It takes careful inspection to notice it. There is a welded repair to the gold along a portion of the bottom of the crystal which is done in a different color metal. Weight: Approx 6.5 gramsHallmarks: None Thanks for looking!
