Description: SKU: OT2848 Antique Stoneware 2g Water Cooler by Robinson Clay Akron OH Rebecca At The Well Marked Robinson Clay Products Company, Akron, Ohio, and made in the early 20th century, this stoneware water cooler is a true collector’s item. This covered barrel-form stoneware water cooler has a two-gallon capacity stamp and features cobalt blue and gray colors. It boasts intricate molded decorations, with the front showcasing an embossed scene of “Rebecca at the Well,” depicting a pioneer woman at a well with a log cabin and a stump with an embedded axe to her left, all framed by a beaded border and stalks. The back displays an elaborate embossed floral bouquet, with all decorations highlighted in blue. The lid is adorned with three deer in a forest scene. Dimensions: Stands 11 1/2" tall, 9" in diameter, and 11" deep with the spigot. Condition: This piece is in beautiful condition for its age, displaying very well. It has some surface craze lines at the base and a few chips on the rim and beaded border, which are consistent with its age. Please review all photos as they are part of the description.
