Description: The dimensions in the title are approximate outer dimensions. I am unsure of what this is made of. If I had to guess, I would say that this was made in the 1930s. This has many scuffs and scratches and the handle has been taped. It has minor rust on the metal pieces. The interior is a little rough and is paper lined ,which a lot of it has been taped and is peeling. The latches on the left and right work fine and have what looks like a P over an S, which could be a manufacturing logo, or someone's initials, I do not know. The center latch will move and fasten, but you have to move the button to one side and then wiggle the latch into place, and you have to do it first before latching the outer latches. This is very old and should not be expected to be perfect. As far as I can see, all the rivets are in place and the metal bands are sturdy and strong. Please check pictures as they are most of the description. I recycle boxes and packaging materials. I pack with great care.
