Description: Very nice antique pen ink drawing from 1918. Front and frame looks nice, the back is brittle and falling apart the art is wrapped in cellophane to preserve the backing. Size - frame 6x9 sight roughly 4x6 Drawing is of Greenwich row house on Grove Street in Old New York Front - Signed and dated 1918 but can’t make out signature. At first glance looks like Wall but under mag glass looks like W g II or W gil. Back - Frame is period from F.K. Ferenz on MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village Paper dedication to “Our neighbor Grove Street Old New York. Xmas 1922”. Can’t make out name of the giver.
