Description: For sale is an antique Loetz vase made from Olympia glass, one of the company's first decors dating back to the end of the 19th century. It features a heavy gold gilt design on the front, as well as ormolu dolphin-head handles and ram-head feet. CONDITION: The vase is in mint condition with no chips, flea bites, cracks, wear, or repairs. There is a small air bubble on the backside immediately under the neck (see last photo), but that is the only blemish I can see. The handles and feet show very little wear for the age of this piece. One would think they would show much more wear for being well over 100 years old. Please see all photos and message me if you have any questions or would like additional photos. MEASUREMENTS / WEIGHT: The vase measures 6' tall to the top of the handles and approximately 4" wide from handle to handle. It weighs 9 oz. TIME PERIOD: Circa 1896 SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for USPS Priority Mail shipping costs. Insurance of up to $100 coverage is included. If additional insurance is needed, it is the responsibility of the buyer. This piece will be double boxed to ensure utmost protection.
