I believe this is an antique piece made by Cambridge Glass but i am not positive. There is no uv glow. It is marked near cut at the bottom. All flaws will not be visible due to lighting and reflections. There are surface scratches in many areas; i took photos in direct light to highlight them but they are still visible in normal lighting just not as noticeable. There are some small flea bites in the design. There are scuffs and small nicks on the top of the handle. It is likely that i have overlooked some additional small flaws. Buyer should expect more wear than what is visible or mentioned. SOLD AS IS. Please view all photos using zoom. It will need some light cleaning.
