Description: Hi, This auction is for a 8” KB 7 1/2 Germany marked Baby doll with a solid dome head on a composition bent leg body. She has hand sewn clothing: a white lace edged Christening gown with a light pink colored slip underneath, a flannel cloth diaper, a pink hat with lace trim around the face with a pink matching cape. The bonnet has a bit of wear. See photo.The doll looks much like a Bye Lo . Circa 1910. Blue glass sleep eyes that open and close well, but the flesh colored paint on the back of the eyes has wear. Painted hair and facial features. Composition body may have repairs and is jointed at the neck, shoulders, and hips. The doll was part of a collection from here in the Cleveland area.
