Description: Beautiful antique japanned finish copper ceiling light fixture. The light works well and is in overall fair antique condition. The fixture is very old and has expected imperfections throughout such as areas of ware/fading, patina spots and some indents/dimples from the interior bracket that holds the socket components in place. The glass light shade is a frosted transparent blush colored glass with a beautiful elegant design etched throughout, the shade has some shake chipping around the fitter base from decades of use. There are slight scrapes and usage ware on the glass but no cracks or repairs. The socket and wires look to have been updated at some point ( I’m guessing in the 1960s era) so the wires have aging but seem to work well, any electrical upgrades would be to the new owners discretion.
