If your product comes to you damaged by shipping you must take a picture of the orginal box it came in and send me the picture. AND, equally as important, you must show the USPS the item right then when you pick it up if the box or tube is damaged. Also, you must return the item as stated in the same box , tube, or envelope you received it in. As stated by eBay, you will have to pay the return shipping. You have 14 days to return the item starting the day you receive it. I will not give you partial payment back for your item because you still want to keep the “damaged” item, but you want something for your troubles. I take pictures of all my items and I describe my items to the best of my ability. Please don't email me for a refund stating that it just wasn't what you wanted. Everything is clearly stated on the ads. I am not out to misrepresent anyone or any item! As my history shows, if there is damage it will be clearly stated with the item as I list it.
