This is Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson meet to draft the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. This plate is absolutely beautiful and very historical. It is in perfect condition. Since each piece is handmade glass no two pieces are exactly alike. In the box it has a statement from Fenton.
