Description: The daisy basket was made by Imperial for many years and in many colors with a moulded handle. In 1975 Rose Presznick (Contemporary Carnival Glass researcher, expert and Museum curator) asked Imperial to make a limited number of vases out of the base of the Daisy Basket. So the moulded handle was removed and a very small quantity of her vases were made one day. After that Imperial added an applied handle to the base to make the production run of Amber Carnival Baskets. This is the only time the Daisy basket is shown in the Imperial Catalogs with an applied handle. The amazing Swung vase was made as a whimsy by an Imperial craftsman. This listing is for all three pieces. Good condition with no chips, cracks, or stains. Safe, secure, and sturdy packaging is free and buyer pays shipping to contiguous US only.
