Description: I found this nice metengonoceras dumbli ammonite in the Tarrant Formation (a thin border between the upper Woodbine and lower Eagle Ford) January 10. These are collectors items. I’m thrilled to have just found this today, given their relative rarity (more rare than the older engonoceras species ammonites from the Goodland formation). It comes from a creek exposure in far western Dallas County, Texas. I love the jigsaw puzzle pattern of the sutures, very unique. Diameter: approximately 2.75” STAND INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. I will do my best to send a partial shipping refund when orders are combined, determined by whether or not the heavier combined packages is cheaper than the individually packaged items. I make this determination as a courtesy and I know every dollar is important to my customers! Dfwfossils.com
