Description: For sale today we have a strand of antique VENETIAN AFRICAN MILLEFIORI TRADE BEADS from the late 1800's to early 1900's. They are predominantly YELLOW, BRICK RED and BLUE. Each bead is unique in size, shape and coloration. The strand has about 22" of good usable beads. They are small beads that measure a variable 12x6mm. The beads are strung on strong thread. You can wear the strand the way it is. You can also use these beads in your own bead creations. They would be great for bracelets and earrings because of their small size. They will add a rich look to the other beads. The beads are in excellent used antique condition with only minor end chipping due to old age and harsh living conditions. Please view photos carefully.
