This is complete with all of the accompanying paper work. The actual invitation is in the form of a Hockey Puck inscribed and mounted in a beautiful wood plaque. The plaque is mounted inside of a paper box which is held closed by a small bamboo stick. Paperwork includes a beautifully embossed formal invitation from UPS CEO Jim Kelly, an RSVP card and return envelope. This is a new unused item in incredible condition.
