Description: Up for sale is a lovely 1995 GT Avalanche AL. It has a few new parts, mostly original parts and some lovely patina from the last 29 years. Here are the specs! GT seat post Vintage Selle Italia Flite saddle Upgraded GT aluminum pedals GT handlebars w/ GT grips Brand new KMC 7spd chain with Master Link Seat tube (crank to center of top tube) 18" or 45.7cm Top tube (center of seat tube to center of head tube) 22 5/8" or ~57.5cm Down tube (crank bolt to middle of head tube) 25 5/8" or ~65cm This bike does have some wear - shown in the photos on the listing. Also to note: a small ding on the top tube from the bar extensions during travel and scuffing on the top tube from a car-mounted bike rack during travel. Two points of maintenance this bike may need: The fork has some level of travel, but will need worked on or replaced to be springy again. Some chain skippage, likely due to the new chain. May need new cassette. The bike has been ridden and tested to the best of my ability. Bike was looked after by the LBS for a number of years, and had two tune ups in the last year!
