Description: Up for sale is a 1990 Topps Baseball #USA1 President George HW Bush Yale University REPRINT Bob Lemke personally made this card in 2012 based on the copyright. Lemke made many custom card designs but this looks like a faithful reprint of the ultra rare Bush card that came out in 1990. The front and back has faded a little from age but it still looks good. Don't ask me how he made these cards. I assumed he printed the fronts and backs on sticker paper then put them on card stock himself. That's just my guess.
