Charlie was very active in the Indianapolis community. One of his main passions was the track - which was where you would find him through the entire month of May. Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018. A quality publication full of detailed photos, charts, accounts of the race and a technical section, among many other features. There is very little, if any filler with these Clymer publications - it's nearly all solid content.Showing only minor signs of wear or handling consistent with its age - mostly slight toning. No writing, tears, fold creases or loss. Colors are vibrant. In very good condition.
