Description: A six-pack of 1961 Minnesota Twins (who had been the Washington Senators the season before moving to Minnesota). The six for the Twins inaugural year in this package includes: Jim Kaat #63--Good looking card with sharp corners and no stains or pen/pencil marks. There are no creases but there's kind of a bend in the red part just under his name that one day could become a crease. Portrait is so clear you'd think your finger would get greasy just touching Kaat's greased up hair. Back is good. Zorro Versalles #21--"Zorro" was the nickname his teammates gave the Cuban born Zoilo since they had no idea how to pronounce "Zoilo". This rookie card of his is the only card (I think) where he is identified as Zorro rather than Zoilo. They got his name right after he won the 1965 AL MVP, that's for sure. This card suffers from a smushed up lower left corner and a stain that covers much of the left border. and cuts through his name at the bottom. Corners all show signs of wear but no creases, tears or pen/pencil marks. Back has a little paper damage on the bottom left lower border. Jack Kralick #36--Very good corners, no stains or tears. Very clear and clean portrait. Small diagonal crease in the lower right corner. Back is unremarkable. Lenny Green #4--This card has problems with wear on the right-side border, rounded corners, a couple of creases in the upper right corner and another diagonal one in the lower left. There is also a stain that goes diagonally from the right border through his short and to just under his name, Green. The back has a stain in the upper left corner, and you can see the creases in the upper right corner I mentioned in the front of the card. In other words, this card is not going to be the pride of your collection. But then again, neither is Lenny Green. Reno Bertoia #392--reno has some unfortunate paper damage on the left border of the card you should see easily in the photo. That's really too bad because the rest of the card is pretty good with sharp corners, no creases, no stains, no pen or pencil marks. The back is good except for the paper tears on the bottom of the card and a slight stain on the left border. Dan Dobek #108 -Dan's upper border and upper corners have been chewed up pretty good. There's also a stain on the left side that starts around his hairline and goes all the way down through his name and out the bottom of the card. The back has a shadow of a stain in the left border. Lenny Green #4 Dan Dobek #108 Reno Bertoia #392
