Description: The photos are of the glove you will receive. Please see photos. Listing: 1958 Rawlings Heart of the Hide Stan Musial PM PlayMaker three-finger baseball glove. This is a historically significant glove for baseball players and Rawlings: 1958 is the first year Rawlings began stamping the glove palm with the beloved Heart of the Hide ‘snorting steer’ logo. See in photos. It is also adorned with the signature of Stan Musial, one of the generations very best players. This was the final three-finger glove for Stan Musial. Please see my other listing for the Stan Musial TG12 built for Stan in 1960. It is the famed Heart of the Hide leather and was used to play infield. Exterior leather is very good. See photos. Palm side leather is also in good condition. The HOH Logo, the Rawlings logo and Stan Musial are all clearly and easily readable. Leather is not particularly supple but very good condition. No holes no rips and no tears. All good. Hand liner is showing wear but no holes and no tears and no rips. Wrist strap is solid and has the Rawlings brass button with Snugger tie. Wrist label is wearing with small left side baring but no ink and clearly visible as Rawlings. Historic glove. There are not many of these. If you are a HOF Collector, St Louis Cardinals fan, Stan the Man Musial fan, or if you are interested in owning a piece of Rawlings baseball glove history, please consider adding to your collection. Send questions. No surprises and happy customers, always. TY!!
