(2) 1/4" Inlet and Outlet ports, with additional 1/8" port for pressure gauge (INCLUDED)This is a 1 way directional flow regulator where the inlet is clearly marked with an arrow. This regulator is equipped with an additional 1/8" port on the opposite side of the gauge port on the front. This will allow you to install the regulator knob pointing downwards if your application calls for it. Simply remove the 1/8" on the back side and install your pressure gauge there. Make sure to reinstall the 1/8" plug back in the front to plug that front gauge port. 3.5" Height x 1.5" Square
